First Metallica experience
i heard about metallica from circus magazine when i was in 7th grade. it was
about 1983. they were played on the local college radio station and i thought
they sucked. but i liked the name and thought the drummer was cute (hey i was in
7th grade). i didnt start listening to them until about 3 years later in high
school. i was hangin out in the band practice room and my buddy kai was singing
disposable heroes. i totally laughed my ass off. so i asked him about the band.
he said it was metallica and gave me a copy of master, ride, kill em all and
whiplash. i was amazed it was the same band. but they had gotten much better.
been a fan ever since.

identify with most. (Past, present, living,
dead...)
don't really "identify" with any per say. but lars is my favourite. he's
the coolest person (although a bit chatty). totally down to earth. and has a
great sense of humour.
